Shipping Policy — Georgia Guns & Ammo
Legal Compliance
All shipments are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Products will only be shipped to locations where they are legal to possess. Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to receive ordered items in their jurisdiction. Georgia Guns & Ammo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate applicable laws.
Standard Shipping Process

Non-Firearm Products: Most non-firearm products ship directly from distributors to the customer’s residence (drop shipping), unless prohibited by law. Non-firearm items must be shipped to the billing address on file.

Firearms: All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of the customer’s choice.

Ammunition: Certain states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL dealer rather than directly to the customer. Customers must comply with all state-specific ammunition regulations.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days during peak periods.

Tracking: Customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details once the order has been processed and shipped.
FFL Dealers
We maintain a list of recommended FFL dealers for convenience. Customers may select any valid FFL dealer willing to accept the transfer and provide Georgia Guns & Ammo with a copy of their license.
Non-Drop-Shipping Manufacturers
Some manufacturers do not allow direct drop-shipping to end users. In these cases, products will be shipped to Georgia Guns & Ammo’s facility before being forwarded to the customer or their chosen FFL dealer (for firearms).

Orders from these manufacturers may incur higher shipping fees and longer delivery times.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, shipping method, and destination. Any additional shipping charges will be clearly disclosed before order confirmation.
International Shipping
Georgia Guns & Ammo does not currently ship outside the United States, in compliance with all applicable laws.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers should immediately contact Georgia Guns & Ammo customer service. We will assist in filing claims and working with distributors or carriers to resolve the issue.
