By placing an order with GA-Guns.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
INVENTORY & FULFILLMENT SOURCE
Items marked “In Store” are physically in stock at our retail location.
All other items are fulfilled through our authorized distributors. Many non–in-store items ship directly from the distributor to the customer (drop shipping).
Website availability may reflect distributor inventory and is subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that non–in-store items are sourced from third-party distributors and may be subject to distributor processing times, shipping policies, and restocking or cancellation fees.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days from store or distributor inventory via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Tracking numbers are provided for UPS and FedEx shipments.
Special orders must be picked up within 90 days or may be considered abandoned.
DISTRIBUTOR ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted to our distributor, restocking or cancellation fees may apply, even if shipping information has not yet been provided.
Some distributors will not cancel an order after submission without charging a restocking fee. These fees will be passed on to the customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that distributor-imposed cancellation or restocking fees may apply once the order has been transmitted to our supplier.
